This service is for lawns that are in such poor condition or damaged to the point that they require extensive remedial work. For example, if a lawn has bare patches that are dead or damaged; if a lawn has more moss than grass; or full of thatch with shallow or very little root system, we now offer a service that will restore your lawn to its former glory.

Restoring your lawn involves heavily scarifying the surface back to soil level and in some cases we totally kill off your old lawn. We then aerate the lawn to create seeding beds for sowing and to improve the root development. Your lawn is then top dressed with a dressing (compost based soil will sometimes be used, depending on the conditions). The surface is then overseeded with a quality selected seed.
